Fire Cider Recipe For Heartburn
This remedy has been around for centuries! It’s a spicy, tangy, sweet tonic that’s great if you feel burnt out or struggle with heartburn or indigestion.
To make, fill a jar with 1/4 cup each of citrus slices, onion, garlic, horseradish, ginger, and hot pepper. Add apple cider vinegar to the fruit and vegetable mixture and let steep for 6 weeks. Then add honey to taste. Dr. Oz approved of the garlic and ginger but warned that the onion and horseradishes can make an ulcer worse if you have one.
